PT Cidas Supra Metalindo is a supporting industry to automotive sector where dies products contribute 80% of the total sale of the core business and 20% are coming from jig and checking fixture products.

The company is one of 6 dies manufacturing companies that operate in Indonesia ranging from medium to large size scale.

The main customers are from car and motorbike producers in domestic market. However, dies products are exported more to few countries such as: Malaysia (Proton/CF) and Australia (Toyota/dies for Toyota Company).

Originally the company was founded in 1984 and became the pioneer in dies manufacturing to supply auto body pressed parts. Following the development of automotive market the product range was expanded into jig (welding and inspection) and checking fixture (CF).
At the end of 1997, the company was taken over by PT Banten Java Persada and established a new management under new company name PT. Cidas Supra Metalindo. However, the core business remains the same as specialist of auto body pressed parts. Considering the strength point and company’s capability in “precision work”, the new management decided to expand the supporting business in fabrication which includes steel structure and machinery work as well as providing maintenance services in mechanical and electrical work.
